SUSTAINABILITY IN HOSPITALITY
We want to verify some specific areas of environmental and social impact of the resorts we market.
That is why we adopted the GVR protocol, which was created on the basis of the 17 goals of the UN's 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and is aimed at assessing 9 macro-parameters related to the environment, local communities and customer communication.
The assessment of compliance with the protocol was conducted by a third party accredited ISO 17065 by Accredia through inspections conducted directly within the facilities.
WHAT ARE THE EVALUATION CRITERIA BY WHICH FACILITIES ARE ANALYZED?
