The two main rates available on www.voihotels.com are the "Best Available Rate" and the "Besafe" rate.
The "Best Available Rate" provides free cancellation for any reason up to 8 or 15 days before arrival depending on the period of stay. In low season it is possible to pay the full amount of the reservation directly upon check-in, while in high season there is a 30% deposit upon confirmation and the remaining part can be paid upon arrival at the facility.
"Besafe," on the other hand, is a non-refundable and non-changeable rate with insurance included. Depending on the hotels, "Besafe Plus" or "Besafe Summer Plus" is bookable, details are available at www.travel.besafesuite.com/insurances/besafe-plus Full payment for the stay is required upon confirmation, by credit card only.
At the time of booking, you can pay the deposit by credit card or bank transfer (the transfer must be made no later than 5 days after confirmation and no later than 3 days before arrival at the hotel). With the Besafe rate, on the other hand, the total balance by credit card is compulsorily required.
Upon arrival at the hotel, it is possible to pay by cash (under the statutory 5,000.00 euros), credit card or debit card. Payments by check are not allowed, nor are transfers made on site accepted.
To modify a confirmed reservation directly on our site or through the VOI Contact Center (with the exception of non-refundable rates, which cannot be modified) you can click here or access the reservation directly from the site (top right or bottom of the page) or from the email you received when booking by entering the confirmation number. All facilities require payment of the tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to what is set by the relevant municipality.
At VOI Arenella Resort and VOI Floriana Resort it is also mandatory to pay the Club Card for all guests aged 3 and over. The cost is 7.00 euros per person per day and is required from 31/05 to 28/09 inclusive at VOI Arenella Resort and from 31/05 to 27/09 inclusive at VOI Floriana Resort.
Rooms are guaranteed from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
There is free, unattended private parking at all resorts.
Pets are allowed exclusively at VOI Tanka Village.

The VOI Family format is present from 31/05 to 28/09 at VOI Arenella Resort, VOI Floriana Resort and VOI Colonna Village and from 24/05 to 06/10 at VOI Tanka Village and consists of: VOILA' Mini (3-6.99 years old), VOILA' Kids (7-9.99 years old), Junior Club (10-12.99 years old) and Young Club (13-17.99 years old).
An area reserved for young guests, an idea of shared time respecting individual individuality and aptitudes, in a stimulating, inclusive environment tailored to them, in an explosion of sensory stimuli. Many activities are offered outside, on the beach, in the pool and on the playground, but also meeting points inside, with the library corner and the space dedicated to board games.To stimulate their creativity, children will participate in graphic-painting activities, cooking activities, with the selection and preparation of local recipes to rediscover the flavors of the past, the "Kamishibai" theater, an ancient Japanese method of telling stories through pictures, and then the practical botany corner, to have an approach geared toward sustainability and environmental protection.
At VOI Daniela Essentia and VOI Marsa Siclà Essentia the Kids Club welcomes children ages 3 to 8 for the entire opening period, while at VOI Le Muse Essentia the service is provided from ages 3 to 12 for the period May 31 to 21/09.
Baby-sitting service can be requested in all facilities (for a fee, rates to be verified according to the request).
It is not possible under any circumstances to provide for an infant or toddler in bed with parents.
A crib will be provided for infants (up to 3 years of age) if it can be placed in the selected room.
For all children 3 years of age and older and for types where the crib is not insertable, a room with an additional bed must be provided.
Yes, it is possible to insert side rails. You must make a request when booking the room.
All facilities have a selection of gluten-free foods and some resorts adhere to the A.I.C. - Italian Celiac Disease Association's Gluten-Free Out-of-Home Food Program (VOI Alimini Resort, VOI Arenella Resort, VOI Baia di Tindari Resort, VOI Daniela Essentia, VOI Le Muse Essentia, VOI Marsa Siclà Essentia). In addition, our chefs are always available to accommodate other dietary needs and intolerances. Reporting is required at the time of booking.
It is not possible to add extra sunbeds or provide multiple umbrellas for the same room.
At Essentia line hotels, the beach towel is included and any change is subject to the payment of an eco tax that will be donated to eco-friendly initiatives described on site.
At the other resorts, the beach towel is available upon deposit of 10.00 euros per towel, which will be returned upon return. Any change has a cost of 2.00 euros.
