GSTC CERTIFICATION
This facility complies with the criteria of the GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council) certification scheme, which evaluates the behavior of hospitality establishments in four areas: sustainable management • socioeconomic impacts • cultural impacts • environmental impacts.
The GSTC certification criteria were developed under the initiative of the United Nations and the World Tourism Organization.

GVR PROTOCOL
The GVR protocol was created to assess specific areas of environmental and social impact of hotels and resorts based on the 17 goals of the UN's 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Specifically, this facility has successfully passed the compliance assessment of the Protocol conducted by an ISO 17065-accredited third party certified by Accredia in the following areas: respect for human rights and working conditions, environmental impact, customer communication, sustainable economic development, and involvement and development of the local community.

The Classic rooms are very spacious rooms, colored in yellow, light blue and white, which create an atmosphere cozy, familiar and relaxing atmosphere.
Comfort rooms are rooms that have been completely renovated in the softly colored furnishings and bathroom.
Premium are rooms located in the main building, closer to the main services. They include the following services: daily change of beach towels (on request); VIP courtesy set; reserved table at the Arethusa Restaurant from 31/5 to 26/9 (during other periods, a reserved table in a dedicated area of the main restaurant); first refill of the minibar; daily access to the Wellness center's reserved pool (for occupants over 12 years old).
Superior rooms consist of two separate rooms (living room and bedroom) and one bathroom. They include the following services: one umbrella and two sunbeds per room reserved in the first and second row on the beach or reserved seat at the Solarium platforms (guest's choice); first refill of the minibar; coffee/tea making set; change of beach towels (upon request); for stays of 3 nights minimum 2 pathways per person/per stay in the Wellness Center (use of equipment), for stays of less than 3 nights 1 pathway per person/per stay in the Wellness Center (use of equipment); daily access to the Wellness center's reserved swimming pool (for occupants older than 12 years); VIP courtesy set; reserved table at the Arethusa restaurant reserved table at the Aretusa restaurant from 31/5 to 26/9 (during other periods, a reserved table in a dedicated area of the main restaurant); evening review.
Superior Junior Suites enjoy a central location surrounded by lush gardens. They are close to the main facilities, with direct access from the driveway and a small private garden, and are ideal for guests seeking more privacy and comfort. They include the same amenities as the Superior rooms, but with the added bonus of: umbrella and two sunbeds per room reserved in the first row guaranteed on the beach; access daily to the Wellness Center (Turkish bath, sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Fitness Room) for occupants over 12 years of age.
Under no circumstances is it possible to provide for an infant or child to sleep in the bed with the parents.
A crib will be provided for infants (up to 3 years of age) if it can be placed in the selected room.
For all children 3 years of age and older and for types where the crib is not insertable, a room with an additional bed must be provided.
The Half Board with drinks formula offers: international breakfast and buffet dinner; drinks (water, house wine, beer and soft drinks on tap) are included only at dinner.
The All Inclusive formula offers: international breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with water, house wine, beer and soft drinks on tap with meals; during the day from 10 a.m. to midnight unlimited consumption of water, soft drinks and juices, beer, house wine, cafeteria, selection of local and national alcoholic beverages from the All Inclusive line, selection of alcoholic cocktails (the All Inclusive formula is not valid at the beach bar restaurant). Snack appointment twice a day (formula not available at the beach bar).
PAYMENT: international and branded spirits, ice cream, all bottled and canned drinks, YOU TASTE.
The table at the restaurant is assigned exclusively for guests who have a reservation in a Premium, Superior or Superior Junior Suite room.
Beach service is exclusively reserved for guests who have a reservation in a Superior room or Superior Junior Suite.
For all other guests, the service is available without reservation from the third row onward, subject to availability.
Beach service is included in the total cost of your stay and includes one umbrella and two sunbeds per room. The 3 wooden platforms with direct access to the sea are available from mid-May to mid-September.
It is not possible to add additional sunbeds or provide multiple umbrellas for the same room.
No animals are allowed in the facility.

At check-in, payment of the tourist tax is required, according to the regulations of the City of Syracuse. The cost is €1.60 for guests aged 14 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights, but it may vary during the season.
From 5/30 to 9/28 inclusive, payment of the Club Card is also mandatory for all guests 3 years and older. The cost is €49.00 per person per week.
