No. AWARD points can only be earned for stays at VOIhotels properties located in Italy.
Participation is open only to adult consumers who are residents of, or domiciled in, Italy or San Marino and who are registered in the Reserved Area of www.voihotels.com, www.alpitour.it, www.edenviaggi.it, www.turisanda.it, or through the my Alpitour World app.
Only once. If you unsubscribe and then register again, any points previously earned will be lost, and you will start from zero.
You can use your accumulated points at any time, except during the period from August 8 to August 21.
You will automatically lose all accumulated and unused points. If you decide to register again in the future, you will start from zero, with no points carried over from your previous membership.
You can update your personal details or email address through the Profile section of the my Alpitour World app or via the reserved area of the following websites:
www.voihotels.com, www.alpitour.it, www.edenviaggi.it, www.turisanda.it and simply access Account Settings → Account Details. If you are unable to update your information, visit the Contacts section on award.it and select “Account” as the subject of your request.
You can earn points by booking stays, flights, and travel services through Alpitour’s official channels.
The number of points awarded varies depending on: the brand, the product line, the duration of the trip, the type of travel experience, and any additional services purchased. For more detailed information, please refer to the Terms & Conditions available at award.it.
You have 15 days from the date you return from your trip to register and claim the points associated with your booking. After this deadline, the points can no longer be recovered or credited. Please note that, in addition to registering, all other booking association criteria must also be met in order for the points to be awarded.
The “return date” refers to: the check-out date from the accommodation (for hotel stays), or the arrival date of the final flight of your trip.
All types of bookings are eligible except for:
- Flight-only bookings
- Bookings with travel agent rates or similar discounted rates
- Bookings with non-individual pricing or 10 or more participants
- Bookings made through travel agencies outside Italy (except for San Marino)
- Stay-extension bookings made during the holiday itself

Yes. To be eligible for participation, only travel bookings whose booking reference number has been correctly linked within the Reserved Area of www.voihotels.com, www.alpitour.it, www.edenviaggi.it, www.turisanda.it, or through the my Alpitour World app will be considered valid.
If your personal details (first name, last name, and date of birth) match those provided in the booking, the booking will be linked automatically to your account. If you do not see your booking, go to the “Travel Documents” or “Travel History” section of your Reserved Area and click “Can’t find your booking?”.
You will be asked to enter your booking number and departure date to complete the manual association process.
Status Tier points are equal to Reward Points and are automatically updated the day after you return from your holiday. For detailed information on how points are calculated and the requirements for each tier level, please refer to the Terms and Conditions available at award.it.
Points are awarded to the lead traveler (booking holder) and to any adult travel companions who are enrolled in the AWARD program within 15 days of returning from the trip, and have the booking correctly linked to their account.
You must register within 15 days of your return date in order to receive the points related to your trip.
After this deadline, the points can no longer be recovered or credited to your account.
