It is located directly by the sea
Superior rooms include the following additional amenities: one umbrella and two sun loungers per room reserved in the first row on the beach; VIP toiletries; evening room turndown; first refill of the minibar; coffee and tea making facilities; free in-room Wi-Fi; daily change of beach towel.
Classic rooms, all located on the second floor, have a small balcony equipped with a small table and chairs.
Garden rooms, all located on the ground floor, have a private patio with outdoor shower, equipped with table and chairs.
Superior rooms, all located on the ground floor, have an outside patio equipped with table and chairs.
The Half Board with drinks formula offers: buffet breakfast and dinner, with drinks (water, house wine, beer, soft drinks) included only at dinner.
The All Inclusive formula offers: breakfast, lunch and dinner with buffet service, including water, house wine, beer and soft drinks on tap at meals; during the day, from 10 a.m. to midnight, unlimited consumption of water, soft drinks and juices, beer, house wine, prosecco, coffee (espresso, americano, cappuccino), selection of cocktails and selection of local and national spirits from the All Inclusive line. All drinks in All Inclusive are served in disposable glasses. At the beach bar, two appointments per day with sweet and savory snacks.
PAYMENT: international and branded spirits, cocktails and extra all-inclusive long drinks, ice cream, packaged products, bottled and canned drinks, and all products outside All Inclusive hours.
Tables at the central restaurant are assigned upon arrival for all meals.
Beach service is reserved exclusively for guests who have booked a Superior room or the VOI+ package.
For all other guests, the service is available without reservation from the third row onward, subject to availability.
The beach reserved for guests consists of sand mixed with gravel and pebbles.
From May 31 to Sept. 28, our entertainers will be on hand to organize daily numerous games and sports tournaments (beach volleyball, soccer, beach tennis, beach soccer, bocce, tennis, table tennis) and relaxation (darts, table soccer, card tournaments, giant chess), group classes and tournaments in archery and tennis, muscle awakening, water aerobics, pilates and yoga, dance school and group dances. Every evening in the amphitheater the arts group offers different kinds of entertainment, cabaret shows and musicals. Musical group for live music and in the evening party and DJ set.
From opening till 31/05 and from 28/09 till closing there are part of entertainment activities such as: kids club, tournaments, water aerobics, muscle awakening and dance competitions. There will be no musical performances, present instead is the piano bar. The VOI4Family format is not provided.
PAYMENT: sports equipment rental for individual use and individual lessons. Water base equipped with canoes and SUPs.

The VOI+ package, available at extra charge, includes: one umbrella and two sunbeds per room reserved in the second row on the beach; VIP courtesy set; first refill of the minibar; typical gift in the room; late check-out at 1 p.m.
At the time of check-in, payment of the tourist tax is required, according to the provisions of the Municipality of Simeri Crichi. The cost until 30/09 is 2.50 per person per day for the first 7 nights, with a 50% discount for children under 10 years of age and seniors over 70; for overnight stays beyond the 7th day and up to and including the 15th day, a 50% discount will be applied to the tax. From 01/10 to tax will be applied 50% discount. Amounts may change during the season.
From 31/05 to 27/09 inclusive it is also mandatory to pay the Club Card for all guests 3 years and older. The cost is 7.00 euro per person per day.
BUSINESS-FRIENDLY
We are ready to host all events, providing a main metting room, a large foyer to accommodate guests, and several breakout rooms to gather smaller groups or hold confidential mettings.
