A RESORT TO TELL ABOUT

Payment can only be made upon arrival at the hotel. You can pay by cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) enabled to international circuits, in euros or ariary. There is a fee for payment by credit card.&nbsp;&nbsp;

How can I arrange for payment?    

To modify a confirmed reservation directly on our site or through the VOI Contact Center, simply access the file directly from the site by entering your confirmation number and e-mail address. Alternatively, you can contact our booking office by e-mail at amarina.booking@voihotels.com.&nbsp;&nbsp;

How can I modify my reservation?      

You are required to pay the tourist tax of 10,000 ariary (about 2.00 euros) per person per night and the vignette touristique of 5,000 ariary (about 1.00 euros) per room per night.&nbsp;

What are the mandatory extra costs to be incurred at the hotel?  

Rooms are guaranteed from 12 noon on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.&nbsp;&nbsp;

What time are check-in and check-out times? 

Are animals allowed?     

Under no circumstances is it possible to provide for an infant or toddler in the bed with the parents. For infants (up to 2 years of age) a crib will be provided if it can be placed in the selected room. For all children 2 years and older and for the types where the crib is not insertable, it is necessary to provide a room with an additional bed.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Is it possible to provide for a child in the bed with the parents?

All Inclusive includes full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner served buffet style) with unlimited drinks at meals and during the day: water, soft drinks, local wine and beer, local alcoholic beverages. The central bar serves sweet and savory snacks at set times, soft drinks, local beer, local alcoholic beverages, espresso coffee and tea, all by the glass (from 8 a.m. to midnight). The Beach Bar is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and offers soft drinks, water and juices by the glass. The Beach Restaurant is open for dinner only, by reservation and for a fee. For a fee: cappuccino, bottled and canned drinks, international spirits.&nbsp;&nbsp;

What is included in the All Inclusive treatment?    

A selection of gluten-free foods is available. In addition, our chefs are always available to accommodate other dietary needs and intolerances. This is required to be mentioned at the time of booking.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Are there gluten-free products or for customers with special dietary needs?

A beach towel is available upon deposit at both the pool and the beach.&nbsp;&nbsp;
