FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Two main rates available on www.voihotels.com are the "Best Guaranteed Rate" and the "Non-Refundable" rate. The "Best Guaranteed Rate" provides for free cancellation for any reason up to a certain number of days before arrival based on the period of stay. Payment can be made directly at check-in. "Non-refundable", on the other hand, is a non-cancellable and non-changeable rate. Full payment for the stay is required upon confirmation, by credit card only.
You can request to make payment prior to arrival at the hotel. A link will be sent via e-mail, through which you can settle by credit card. Upon arrival at the hotel you can pay in cash or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) enabled to international circuits, in euros, dollars or shillings. There is a fee for payment by credit card.
To change a confirmed reservation directly on our site or through the VOI Contact Center (with the exception of nonrefundable fares, which are not changeable) simply access the file directly from the site, entering your confirmation number and e-mail address.
